Eligibility 

• Children must be younger than 22 years old

• Children must be eligible for Wisconsin Medicaid

• Children must live at home, in foster care, or in another approved setting

• Children must need a level of care that is similar to a hospital, nursing home, or institution for people with developmental disabilities

• Children must be able to receive safe care at home or in the community
