This September, we’re excited to highlight a fantastic product from a woman-owned business that aligns perfectly with our mission at GoldenSoulWi—Open The Joy. Their kits are designed to empower kids by sparking creativity, laughter, and healing, and we’ve been loving their Learning Emotions Kit in particular.

I’ve recently started using this kit with some of the tweens I work with, and the results have been incredible! Instead of the usual "fine" or "good" responses, the kids are now using a wider range of words to express their feelings. The kit is a wonderful complement to our yoga program, helping kids connect with how emotions feel in their bodies. It incorporates talking, drawing, acting, jokes, and more—making mindfulness fun and engaging!
